Katie creates a safe, non-competitive space for her students to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives to find deeper meaning and inspiration. Her classes offer creative sequences with intentional themes, emphasizing the importance of proper alignment, pranayama breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation.
Modification and advanced options are made available for students and experienced yogis so that all can reach their potential.

She began her yoga journey in 2013. In 2017 she completed her RYT 200hr & 300hr Yoga Alliance certification through Vinyasa Yoga School, Rishikesh, India. Obtaining her certifications in; Vinyasa, hatha, yin Yoga, with creativity in inversion and fitness based Vinyasa flow.
Being a lifelong learner and empowered by the outside world, she continues to study and practice throughout her worldly travels.
She is also an active reiki practitioner, using her understanding of energy work to drive her classes and connection with her students, nature, and the channeling of universal energy.
