We combine the practice of movement and spirituality to enliven the body, stimulate the mind, express emotion, and renew the spirit. Our mission is to empower people to heal their energy and minds through the use of group retreats, workshops, and ongoing community connection. It is our desire to help people restore and renew the inner energy of the human body and mind through education, transformation, and healing. More specifically we focus on teaching skills and practices that will assist people in changing their lives. Whether it is ongoing self-doubt or bad life decisions, we want to teach you skills that help you create the life you want.
Creating Lasting Energy
In today’s ever changing world the mind has a tendency to get stuck either in the past or the future, but empowering energy is here and now. You miss the present moment when you are distracted, regretting yesterday or worried about tomorrow. Yet with practical, self-empowering tools using the breath, meditation and movement we can successfully counter the increasing demands of contemporary life. During our signature retreat, you will find out how to access the present moment and tap into the energy of the outside world, inner power and freedom—not just as a concept, but as a direct experience.
